Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines the procedures for cancelling orders and requesting refunds for products purchased from Royalbliss.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund provided the cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at royalblissssss@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

If your order has already been processed or shipped beyond the 2-hour window, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our return policy upon receiving the item (subject to eligibility).

Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Successful order cancellation within the 2-hour timeframe.
  • Receipt of damaged or incorrect products (subject to verification, see below).
  • Approved returns of eligible products (see Return Eligibility).

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed or the returned item is received and inspected by us. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have had their seals broken, unless the product arrived damaged or was incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at royalblissssss@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide instructions for return or replacement if applicable.

Return shipping costs for eligible returns (damaged/incorrect items) will typically be covered by Royalbliss upon verification. For other return scenarios (if approved on a case-by-case basis), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (unless damaged/incorrect).
  • Gift cards.
